Arkema publishes its own share transactions
Arkema has announced details of its recent share purchases, carried out between April 14 and 17, 2025. In accordance with Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, these transactions total 12,000 shares.
On April 14, Arkema acquired 4,000 shares at an average price of €61.5212. On April 15, an additional 2,500 shares were purchased for €62.4286 each. On April 16, the number of shares purchased was 3,000 at €61.4352. Finally, on April 17, 2,500 shares were acquired at €61.1008. The weighted average price for the entire period was €61.6012.
