Arkema: Transactions in Own Shares Reported
Arkema has announced that it will carry out share purchase transactions between April 7 and 11, 2025, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014. During this period, the company acquired a total of 29,000 shares. The weighted average acquisition price was €60.8014 per share.
Daily trading volume and price varied: 7,000 shares at €60.0984 on April 7, 5,000 shares at €62.5735 on April 8, 7,000 shares at €59.8747 on April 9, 3,000 shares at €63.4988 on April 10, and finally 7,000 shares at €60.0093 on April 11. All of these shares were traded on the XPAR market.
