Aroundtown SA Opts Out of Perpetual Notes Call

Aroundtown SA has announced its decision not to exercise the option to voluntarily call its 3.375% Perpetual Notes with a nominal amount of €156.3 million and 2.875% Perpetual Notes amounting to €61.8 million. The first call dates for these notes are in December 2024 and January 2025 respectively. This decision follows the company's successful exchange and tender offers earlier in 2024, leading to the current outstanding amounts.

The Luxembourg-based company's perpetual notes will continue to be recorded as 100% equity under IFRS accounting standards and will affect the calculation of financial covenants related to Aroundtown's senior bonds.
