Arras Minerals Commences Drilling at Elemes Project and Updates Kazakhstan Activities
Arras Minerals Corp. (TSXV:ARK) has announced significant progress in its exploration activities in NE Kazakhstan. The company completed a 3,547 line-kilometer Heli-TEM survey over its Bozshakol project, refining their geophysical data for future drilling priorities.
At the Bozshakol Project, which is northwest of Ekibastuz, a 17,000-meter KGK drill program is currently targeting high-priority areas to test bedrock beneath 10-40 meters of cover. This will aid in understanding the subsurface geology ahead of a 2025 drilling campaign.
The Elemes Project's ground IP survey is 80% complete, identifying high-priority targets at Berezski East and Central. A 5,000-meter core drilling program has started, with initial assay results expected in November.
Additionally, a 5,424-meter KGK drill program at the Tay project has been completed, confirming a Soviet-era IP anomaly. Priority intervals were sent for assay, with results anticipated in October.
Tim Barry, CEO, expressed satisfaction with the progress, noting advancements across all projects. The company is poised for a busy drilling campaign in 2025.
