Preparations for the Artmarket.com Annual General Meeting
Artmarket.com announces the availability of preparatory documents for its Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 27, 2025. The event will be held at 5 p.m. at Domaine de la Source in Saint-Romain-au-Mont-d'Or, France.
Shareholders can consult the notice of meeting published on May 19, 2025 in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO), as well as on the company's website. Legal documents relating to Articles L 225-115 and R225-83 of the French Commercial Code are available both by mail and by email from Artmarket.com and CIC.
Additionally, the 2024 annual financial report is available online. Artmarket.com reports that it has 6,651,515 shares, equivalent to 8,760,035 voting rights, with some exceptions for treasury shares and shares held in registered form for more than two years.
