Artnet AG Cancels November 2024 Annual General Meeting

Artnet AG announced the cancellation of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for November 18, 2024. This decision was made by the Management Board, in consultation with the Supervisory Board. The cancellation stems from the unavailability of the auditing firm that had been proposed and had already audited the 2023 financial year. Despite preliminary discussions with alternative auditors, the company believes it cannot secure a replacement in time for the scheduled meeting.

The company aims to have the auditor for the 2024 financial year elected at a reconvened AGM, expected in early 2025. This move seeks to prevent the need for an additional extraordinary meeting solely for the election of the auditor.
