Arverne Group successfully secures €40 million in financing for Lithium de France
On September 22, 2025, Arverne Group, France's leading provider of geothermal solutions, announced the successful completion of its subsidiary Lithium de France's Series B2 financing. This financing, supported by Equinor Ventures, raised a total of €40 million. Following this transaction, Arverne Group now owns 64.58% of Lithium de France's capital, while Equinor Ventures holds 24.40%.
This fundraising comes as Lithium de France enters its pre-industrial phase, with major developments such as the first drilling operations. This initiative aims to accelerate the energy transition, crucially fueled by lithium to support the rise of electric vehicles and energy storage.
