ARway Corporation Adjusts Fiscal Year-End

Arway Corporation, listed on CSE, OTCQB, and FSE, has announced a shift in its fiscal year-end from August 31 to March 31. The decision aims to align the company's financial statement and disclosure requirements with its affiliates, facilitating streamlined reporting. This change is expected to simplify the company's reporting obligations.

As a result, Arway Corporation plans to file its annual disclosures in late July 2025. These will cover the seven months ending March 31, 2025, and will include audited financial statements in accordance with National Instrument 51-102.
