ARway.ai Acquires Map Dynamics, Adding $1.2M Revenue and $250K EBITDA in All-Stock Deal

ARway.ai, an AI-powered augmented reality platform, has announced the acquisition of Map Dynamics, a real-world mapping software company. The all-stock transaction, valued at over $1 million, involves ARway issuing 4 million shares at $0.26 each. This acquisition is expected to boost ARway’s revenue by $1.2 million and add $250,000 in EBITDA.

ARway plans to integrate Map Dynamics’ advanced event technology with its own platform, enhancing indoor mapping and navigation solutions. This includes transforming basic floor plans into sophisticated maps available both online and offline, and offering enhanced 2D and 3D maps. The merger also aims to broaden user engagement through omni-channel accessibility and interactive navigation.

CEO Evan Gappelberg stated that the acquisition fast-tracks ARway’s product development and opens new revenue channels. The combined technologies are set to improve the user experience and make ARway a more comprehensive platform for augmented reality navigation and experiences.

Map Dynamics' existing clients and partners will continue to access its platform and can expect new features for booth sales, attendee registration, and immersive navigation, enhancing the overall value proposition.
