ARway.ai Appoints New Independent Auditor, Davidson & Company LLP
TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / August 23, 2024 / ARway.ai, an AI-powered Augmented Reality Experience platform, has appointed Davidson & Company LLP as its new independent auditor, effective immediately. This decision follows the resignation of the former auditor, Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants, at the Company's request.
There were no modifications of opinion in Saturna Group's reports on the Company’s annual financial statements. ARway will complete the change of auditor process over the next month in accordance with National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
