Ascendant Resources obtient l'approbation du tribunal pour un accord avec Cerrado Gold
Ascendant Resources Inc. a annoncé la réception d'une ordonnance finale de la Cour supérieure de justice de l'Ontario, approuvant son plan d'arrangement avec Cerrado Gold Inc. Cette approbation marque une étape charnière pour Ascendant dans son alignement stratégique avec Cerrado Gold.
La finalisation de l'opération, prévue vers le 16 mai 2025, est soumise aux conditions de clôture habituelles. Cette évolution fait suite aux annonces précédentes faites le 3 février 2025 et constitue une étape importante pour la société minière torontoise.
Ascendant continue de se concentrer sur le projet VMS de Lagoa Salgada au Portugal, un projet polymétallique majeur offrant un fort potentiel d'exploration. L'emplacement stratégique du projet, près de Lisbonne, et les infrastructures existantes soulignent sa viabilité économique.
