ASSETS AND COMMERCE: Declaration of transactions on own shares

Patrimoine et Commerce has published a statement regarding transactions in its own shares carried out between September 2 and 6, 2024. The information, transmitted by EQS Group, is the responsibility of the issuer.

During this period, the company made several purchases on the Euronext Paris market. On September 2, 85 shares were acquired at an average price of 20.50 euros. On September 3, 95 shares were purchased at 20.60 euros. On September 4, 95 shares were purchased at 20.70 euros. On September 5, 112 shares were purchased at 20.40 euros and on September 6, 109 shares were purchased at 20.53 euros.
