PATRIMOINE ET COMMERCE announced the transactions on own shares carried out from August 12 to 16, 2024. These transactions, excluding liquidity contracts, were published on August 19, 2024.
The details of the transactions are as follows: on August 13, 2024, 250 shares were acquired at an average price of EUR 20.60. On August 14, 2024, the acquisition of 200 shares was made at EUR 20.70. Finally, on August 15, 2024, 200 shares were purchased at a price of EUR 20.80.
