In just a few weeks, it has seen significant audience growth, demonstrating encouraging potential. The platform, which facilitates access to information on tropical timber, is attracting users from various continents.
My Tropical Timber offers a variety of features to identify suppliers, compare the characteristics of different wood species, and access reliable technical data, notably through CIRAD's Tropix fact sheets. The platform is available in several languages and promotes sustainable tropical forest management.
With 585 active users and a significant increase in visibility, ATIBT plans to continue developing and enriching the platform to meet the needs of professionals in the sector.
