AST Groupe in safeguard and legal recovery procedures
AST Groupe announces the end of the accelerated backup procedure due to failure to obtain the necessary support. The Lyon Commercial Court then initiated judicial safeguard procedures for POBI Structures and POBI Industrie and judicial recovery procedures for AST Groupe, DPLE and Maisons IDEOZ.
The Court also opened a six-month observation period. The objective is to enable the resumption of activities and protect jobs. Various administrators and legal representatives have been appointed to manage these procedures.
Ongoing Individual House and Real Estate Promotion projects will be completed thanks to delivery guarantees, in particular those offered by CGI BAT. The opening of these procedures aims to promote industrial recovery and to examine offers to take over assets.
