Aston Bay Releases Initial Resource Estimate for Storm Copper Project

Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. has filed a new National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report for its Storm Copper Project. The report reveals an initial Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for surface mineralization at Somerset Island, Nunavut. Six deposits, including Cyclone and Chinook, are detailed, with indicated resources of 8.2 million tonnes averaging 1.47% copper and inferred resources of 3.3 million tonnes at 1.30% copper.

Development potential is significant, with over 90% of metals accessible via open-pit mining. The deposits remain open, presenting expansion possibilities. Additionally, recent discoveries like Cyclone Deeps share promising results.

Jointly managed with American West Metals Ltd., the project spans a 110 km copper belt, only a fraction of which has been explored. Aston Bay's strategic initiatives continue, with a Preliminary Economic Assessment planned for late 2025.
