Atari Releases FY25 Universal Registration Document
Atari (Euronext Growth Paris: ALATA) announced the availability of its Universal Registration Document for the fiscal year running from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025. This document was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on July 31, 2025. Interested parties can access the document on the company's website, at Atari’s registered office in Paris, or via the AMF website.
The Combined General Meeting is scheduled for September 22, 2025, at the Business Center Paris Trocadéro. The meeting notice with agenda, draft resolutions, and attendance conditions will be published in August 2025.
