Athena Gold Expands Excelsior Springs with New Discoveries

Athena Gold Corporation has announced significant results from its 2024 exploration program at the Excelsior Springs project in Nevada. The program identified new target zones, particularly the Rhino Zone, which yielded high-grade gold surface samples up to 27.1 g/t Au. The newly discovered areas include the Rhino Zone and the Blue Dick Trend, noted for its high-grade silver and antimony potential. These findings have prompted the company to expand its landholdings by approximately 68 hectares.

President & CEO Koby Kushner highlighted the potential of these untested targets. The high-grade discoveries at Rhino Zone and Blue Dick, with significant silver and antimony values, underscore the prospectivity of the region. The company is considering a larger-scale exploration effort to further investigate these findings.
