Bank of America increases its stake in ATOS SE
On December 6, 2024, Bank of America Corporation, through its controlled subsidiaries, crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of ATOS SE, now holding 6.48% of the capital. This advancement is the result of purchases of shares on the market, exceeding the exemption threshold for trading. The total shares held by Bank of America amount to 7,271,429, representing 6.48% of the capital.
Merrill Lynch International, a subsidiary of Bank of America, also crossed these thresholds, individually owning 6,782,037 ATOS SE shares. This situation results, among other things, from specific contracts allowing the recall of shares and long "call option" positions exercisable until December 20, 2024.
In addition, Merrill Lynch holds 6,093,229 swaps on ATOS SE shares, with maturities up to November 2026.
