ATOSS Software SE Achieves Double-Digit Growth in H1 2025

ATOSS Software SE reported a 10% increase in group revenues, reaching EUR 92.1 million for the first half of 2025, despite challenging market conditions. Significant growth was driven by the Cloud and Subscriptions division, with revenues surging by 30% to EUR 44.1 million. Software revenue also saw a 12% rise, totaling EUR 68.3 million. Conversely, software license revenues fell by 44% to EUR 4.3 million.

The company reported an EBIT margin of 34%, slightly surpassing projections for the year. Despite reduced demand for new software, the cloud order backlog increased to EUR 96.9 million. The company’s liquidity improved by 10% compared to the previous year, standing at EUR 91.2 million.
