Audius SE’s AGM Approves All Agenda Items, Maintains Dividend

Weinstadt, 26.06.2024— audius SE held its Annual General Meeting on June 26, 2024, at the Waiblingen community center. The meeting addressed key agenda items, all of which received shareholder approval.

The Management Board reported positive developments in 2023 despite geopolitical challenges. The medium-term forecast predicts a total output exceeding EUR 115 million by 2026.

Key decisions included relocating the AGM, converting bearer shares to registered shares, and creating new authorized capital under new legal regulations, canceling the 2021 authorization.

Shareholders also approved an unchanged dividend of 35 cents per share, maintaining the policy of distributing half of the net profit. All proposed agenda items passed.
