AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG Welcomes Dr. Mohamed Chemloul as Group CTO

AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG (ACAG) has announced the appointment of Dr. Mohamed Chemloul as the Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective from the beginning of March. In his new role, Dr. Chemloul will oversee the development and implementation of all technology solutions across the Group. His responsibilities will include aligning technology strategies closely with the company's overall business objectives, in collaboration with the commercial teams.

Dr. Chemloul brings with him a rich background in executive leadership within the high-tech industry, having specialized in consumer electronics, semiconductors, secure payment solutions, eGovernment, IoT, and digital online services. Notably, his career includes significant tenures at NXP Semiconductors and Philips Consumer Electronics. Manolis Kontos, Group CEO of AUSTRIACARD, has expressed confidence in Dr. Chemloul's capabilities to drive technological innovation and add value to the company, in support of their ambitious growth plans.
