Availability of an amendment to the 2023 universal registration document by McPhy Energy

On June 12, 2024, McPhy Energy, a specialist in low-carbon hydrogen production and distribution equipment, announced the provision of an amendment to the 2023 universal registration document. This initiative also includes a prospectus for admission of shares likely to be issued following the issue of bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable into existing shares (OCEANEs), amounting to 30 million euros.

The prospectus, consisting of the 2023 universal registration document, its amendment, the securities note and its summary, was approved by the AMF on June 12, 2024. It is available on the AMF websites and McPhy Energy.

This financing is carried out for the benefit of EDF Pulse Holding and EPIC Bpifrance for a total amount of 30 million euros. Investors are invited to consult the risk factors mentioned in the dedicated chapters of the universal registration document and the amendment.
