Availability of OENEO’s 2023-2024 annual financial report

The Oeneo Group announces the availability to the public of its annual financial report for the 2023-2024 financial year, closed on March 31, 2024. This report has been filed with the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

In accordance with the Transparency Directive and the AMF General Regulations, the report includes several essential documents. It includes the declaration of the persons assuming responsibility for the report, the management report, the declaration of extra-financial performance as well as the report of the Board of Directors on corporate governance. Added to this are the consolidated and annual accounts as of March 31, 2024 as well as the reports of the Statutory Auditors concerning these accounts.
