Availability of preparatory documents for the Forsee Power AGM
Forsee Power, a specialist in battery systems for electric vehicles, announces the availability of preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting scheduled for May 16, 2025. This meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Wojo Coworking space in Paris. The meeting notice, including the agenda, draft resolutions, and participation details, was published in the BALO on April 11, 2025.
Related documents and information are available on the Forsee Power website, under the shareholders' section. Shareholders can obtain them by sending a written request to the company's head office in Ivry-sur-Seine.
Voting options include voting by mail, proxy, or in person at the Meeting. In addition, shareholder questions can be submitted by email until May 12, 2025.
