Availability of the 2023 Universal Registration Document by IDI

The company IDI has announced the publication of its Universal Registration Document for the year 2023. The document, registered under number D. 24-0281 with the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on April 12, 2024, includes the annual financial report for 2023, the report of the Supervisory Board on corporate governance, the reports of the Statutory Auditors, as well as the description of the share buyback program.

The document is accessible online via the IDI website and the AMF website. It is also physically available at the IDI head office in Paris. Furthermore, the IDI has predicted a Combined General Meeting on May 14, 2024, where a dividend distribution of 5 euros per share will be proposed.
