Availability of the 2024 Universal Registration Document by IDI

On April 14, 2025, IDI announced the availability of its 2024 Universal Registration Document. This document, filed on April 11 with the AMF under number D. 25-0250, includes the annual financial report, a corporate governance report and the Statutory Auditors' reports, as well as a description of the share buyback program. The document is available on the IDI and AMF websites.

The IDI Combined General Meeting is scheduled for May 13, 2025. A dividend of €4.20 per share will be proposed, split into an ordinary and an extraordinary dividend. Payment is scheduled for May 21, 2025, after the coupon is detached on May 19.
