Availability of the LISI 2024 Universal Registration Document
On April 3, 2025, LISI filed its 2024 Universal Registration Document with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). This document includes the annual financial report for the 2024 financial year.
Several elements are present in this document, notably the corporate governance report which includes the remuneration policy for corporate officers, the description of the share buyback program, a sustainability report, and the auditors' reports with information relating to their fees.
Available on the LISI and AMF websites, this document is also accessible free of charge at LISI's head office in Belfort, France.
