Avant Brands Inc. Announces Voting Results From 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

KELOWNA, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 30, 2024 / Avant Brands Inc. (TSX:AVNT)(OTCQX:AVTBF)(FRA:1BU0) held its annual general meeting of shareholders on May 30, 2024. A total of 40,063,347 common shares, representing 14.08% of the company's outstanding shares, were represented at the meeting, either in person or by proxy.

Notably, Mr. Michael Blady, initially listed for reappointment as a Director, decided not to stand for re-election as announced on May 9, 2024. Consequently, he was not considered for reappointment.

Each of the six nominees listed in the management information circular dated April 15, 2024, was elected to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders. Ernst & Young LLP was re-appointed as the auditor for the ensuing year, with remuneration to be fixed by the Board of Directors.
