Avant Brands Reports Increase in Q3 2025 Revenues and EBITDA

Avant Brands Inc. released its financial results for Q3 2025, ending August 31. The company, a leader in cannabis production, saw a boost in revenue and continued positive EBITDA growth. Gross revenue increased by 13% to $10.8 million while net revenue rose 11% to $9.4 million year-over-year, driven by strong demand for premium cannabis.

Domestic wholesale revenue surged by 307%, a significant factor offsetting a 16% drop in export wholesale revenue, attributed to an export customer’s shift to domestic procurement. The gross profit improved by 68% to $1.7 million due to increased net revenue and inventory sales. Operating expenses saw a 15% reduction, supporting the company’s cost-efficiency measures.

Despite a decline in export revenues, Avant Brands continues to invest in high-performing SKUs and operational efficiency to strengthen its market position in Canada and abroad.
