Avant Brands Sets Date for Shareholder Meeting

Avant Brands Inc., a leader in cannabis products, has scheduled its annual general and special meeting for May 30, 2025. Shareholders will receive the notice and management information circular both on Avant's website and under Avant's profile on SEDAR+. These materials will also be mailed to shareholders, who are eligible to vote if they are on record as of April 14, 2025.

Key agenda items include resolutions to amend the exercise price of warrants from $3.00 to $1.75 and the conversion price of debentures, with specific amendments dependent on certain conditions. These changes are subject to shareholder and Toronto Stock Exchange approval.
