Averill & Reaney Attorneys at Law Launches Initiative to Aid Tornado Recovery in Slidell
Averill & Reaney Attorneys at Law, a legal firm based in St. Tammany Parish, has committed $3,000 to assist Slidell residents affected by the recent tornado on April 10th. The law firm, known for handling property damage claims, seeks to alleviate hardships faced by the community post-disaster.
The donation is allocated among several local organizations dedicated to disaster recovery. Journey Fellowship’s Convoy of Hope ministry will use $1,000 for food and clothing distribution. Keep Slidell Beautiful will use another $1,000 for clean-up efforts, and the remaining funds have been given to Samaritan’s Purse and the First Baptist Church Slidell for essential services and debris removal.
Partners Matthew Averill and Brian Reaney emphasized their commitment to community support during crises, intending their contribution to foster stability and aid recovery efforts meaningfully. The attorneys continue to offer legal services beyond disaster relief, including estate planning and personal injury claims.
