Avino Reports Voting Results of Its 2024 Annual General Meeting and Announces Retirement of Board Member Jasman Yee

Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 30, 2024, where all proposed resolutions were approved. Approximately 34.71% of the company's issued and outstanding common shares were voted. The number of directors was set at four, with a strong majority of 81.88% voting in favor.
