Avolta Launches Global ‘Club Avolta’ Loyalty Program for Travelers

This initiative integrates duty-free, duty-paid, food & beverage (F&B), brands, airports, airlines, hotels, and more. The program aims to enhance traveler satisfaction and drive sales.
Club Avolta offers substantial benefits to stakeholders by incorporating Avolta’s travel retail, convenience, and F&B outlets. Designed to be customer-centric, it is tailored to each traveler’s unique needs. Members earn rewards at Avolta stores in 73 countries with nearly 5,000 points of sale. Exclusive member pricing, offers, products, and experiences are part of the package.
CEO Xavier Rossinyol stated, “Club Avolta supports our ambition to maximize value for customers while driving sustainable growth. Our diversification gives us a competitive edge through data insights.” Airports will see increased sales and improved traveler satisfaction, while brands gain visibility into purchasing behaviors.
The program will replace Red by Dufry and be rolled out globally. Existing members will have their memberships transferred automatically.
