AXA Discloses Voting Rights and Share Capital as of August 31, 2024
On September 10, 2024, AXA publicized information about its share capital and voting rights. The disclosure pertains to Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the Autorité des marchés financiers' General Regulation.
As of August 31, 2024, AXA's share capital stood at €5,039,372,300.82, divided into 2,200,704,700 shares. The total number of voting rights was 2,646,978,807. This value accounts for all shares with attached voting rights, including those temporarily deprived of them.
AXA's bylaws require shareholders to disclose holdings whenever they reach or exceed 0.5% of the share capital or voting rights. Notifications are to be sent within five days of such threshold crossings and must include specific details about the holdings.
