AXA Discloses Voting Rights and Share Capital Update

On August 7, 2024, AXA, a French public company, released new information regarding its voting rights and share capital as of July 31, 2024. The company's share capital stands at €5,039,372,300.82, spread across 2,271,523,238 shares. The total number of voting rights is reported to be 2,717,929,156.

According to French regulations, the voting rights are calculated based on all shares, including those without attached voting rights. AXA's bylaws mandate disclosure when thresholds are crossed, requiring notification to the company if an entity holds 0.5% or more of the share capital or voting rights.
