Axway Extraordinary General Meeting: birth of 74Software

Axway’s Extraordinary General Meeting, held on December 6, 2024, approved two key resolutions, chaired by Pierre Pasquier. The most notable is the change of corporate name, Axway Software becoming 74Software. This transition involves an amendment to Article 3 of the company’s bylaws. The second resolution grants the necessary powers for the administrative formalities related to this change.

The votes overwhelmingly supported these decisions, with 99.87% in favor of the first resolution and over 99.99% for the second. As a result, the stock market denomination and ticker symbol will change as of December 12, 2024, with the new ticker symbol being 74SW.
