Axway Software: Declaration of Transactions on Own Shares
Paris, July 12, 2024 - Axway Software SA announces the purchases of its own shares carried out from June 10 to 14, 2024. This operation is part of the authorization granted by the Combined General Meeting of May 16, 2024 for the implementation of a share buyback program.
The company acquired a total of 4,178 shares, with a weighted average acquisition price of 25.07 euros per share. The total amount of transactions amounts to 104,742 euros. The transactions were carried out on the XPAR market.
The details of purchases made each day are as follows: June 10: 1,015 shares at €24.98/share June 11: 1,014 shares at €25.17/share June 12: 351 shares at €25.04/share 13 June: 1,046 shares at €25.14/share June 14: 752 shares at €24.98/share
These transactions are carried out in accordance with articles 5(2)(c) of European Regulation No 596/2014 and its delegated regulation (EU) 2016/1056.
