Paris, August 8, 2024 - Axway Software SA has disclosed details of its share buyback transactions for the period from July 8 to July 12, 2024. The company, authorized by the Combined General Meeting on May 16, 2024, executed these purchases as part of its own share buyback program.
Over the specified period, Axway bought a total of 9,205 shares. The weighted average acquisition price was €28.61 per share, resulting in a total transaction amount of €263,359. The transactions were conducted on the XPAR market.
