Axway Software: Financial Calendar 2025
Axway Software announces its financial calendar for the year 2025. The 2024 annual results will be published on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. A virtual conference with analysts is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CET on the same day. The filing of the 2024 universal registration document with the AMF is scheduled for Monday, March 24, 2025.
First quarter sales figures will be announced on Thursday, April 24, 2025, followed by the General Meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at the Pavillon Dauphine in Paris. Half-year results for 2025 will be published on Thursday, July 24, 2025, accompanied by a virtual conference at 6:30 p.m. CEST.
For the third quarter, sales figures will be available on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The 2025 annual results will be announced on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. A 30-day hold period applies to the publication of annual and half-yearly results, and 15 days for quarterly sales figures.
