Successful capital increase for the Baloise Swiss Property Fund

On August 28, 2026, Baloise Asset Management SA announced the successful completion of the capital increase of its Baloise Swiss Property Fund, raising CHF 159 million. This transaction will allow the fund to acquire fourteen new properties located in economically dynamic regions of Switzerland, further diversifying its portfolio.
