Banyan Gold Corp. Announces Updated 7 Million Ounce Gold Resource at AurMac Project, Yukon

Banyan Gold Corp., a resource company, has recently filed a Technical Report updating the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the AurMac Project located in Yukon, Canada. This updated MRE reports a substantial inferred mineral resource of 7,003,000 ounces of gold. The AurMac Project, positioned in the Mayo Mining district, benefits from its proximity to all-season roads and hydroelectric power infrastructure.

The updated MRE highlights two near/on-surface deposits, Airstrip and Powerline, identified as potentially one of the largest open-pit mineable resources in North America. The project location offers the advantage of being in a jurisdiction with a proven mine permitting process adjacent to other mining operations. The MRE is based on CIM (Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum) Definition Standards and follows the guidelines of National Instrument 43-101.
