Banyan Gold Corp. Identifies High-Grade Gold Veins at AurMac Project
Banyan Gold Corp. recently announced new results from nineteen diamond drillholes at the Powerline Deposit on the AurMac Project in Yukon Territory. These results, aimed at refining the Resource model, confirm high-grade structural controls and grade continuity within the deposit.
Key findings include drillhole AX-24-540, which revealed a significant intercept of 0.2 meters grading 539.30 g/t gold from 166.1 meters. Other notable intervals include AX-24-541 with 90.0 meters at 0.68 g/t gold from the surface and AX-24-542 with 154.1 meters at 0.58 g/t gold beginning at 18.3 meters.
The 2024 drilling program intersected multiple high-grade gold veins, surpassing 11.00 g/t gold, aligned with the Powerline's structural features. This drilling has enhanced the understanding of the deposit's structural framework, positioning Banyan for a Resource update and Preliminary Economic Assessment.
