BayWa AG Announces New Leadership Appointments
BayWa AG has announced significant changes to its Board of Management. The Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Frank Hiller as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Prof. Dr. Matthias J. Rapp as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). These appointments are effective from March 1, 2025, and each position will be held for a term of three years.
Dr. Frank Hiller is set to replace Marcus Pöllinger, who left the company in October 2024. Prof. Dr. Matthias J. Rapp will succeed CFO Andreas Helber, who will leave his position on March 31, 2025. The appointments aim to facilitate a smooth transition in leadership.
