BEACN Wizardry & Magic Inc., a Victoria-based electronics company, has released its financial results for the year ending December 31, 2025. The company observed a 21% decrease in revenue and a 30% decline in gross profits compared to the previous year, with its gross margin narrowing to 35% from 40% in 2024.
The downturn was attributed mainly to depleted inventory of key products and reduced consumer demand due to higher retail prices, both results of US tariffs. Additionally, an increase in Amazon's share of D2C sales further impacted the gross margin.
BEACN continues to invest in innovation, unveiling the BEACN Headset, equipped with proprietary DSP technology. This new product, slated for Q2 2026 release, demonstrates the company's ongoing commitment to product development amid industry challenges.
