Beaconsmind AG Expands with Strategic Acquisitions

Beaconsmind AG has announced the acquisition of Swissnet AG and Lokalee for CHF 21.3 million. The transaction will be financed through shares, a vendor loan, and cash, with completion expected by January 2025. These acquisitions are part of Beaconsmind’s strategy to strengthen its digital infrastructure and SaaS offerings. The integration of these companies aims to enhance operational and financial stability.

The company will adopt the "Swissnet Group" name to leverage Swissnet's brand strength, aiming for significant revenue growth in 2025. Management forecasts CHF 27.5 million in revenue and CHF 6.7 million in EBITDA, with a 24.6% margin. The new group will focus on offering ICT, traveltech, and customer engagement solutions across industries.
