Beaconsmind Group to Rebrand as Swissnet Group Following Strategic Acquisitions

beaconsmind Group has acquired Swissnet AG and Lokalee, reshaping its business portfolio. This move aims to diversify its offerings beyond a single-product focus. The merger, valued at CHF 21.3 million, will lead to a transition into Swissnet Group AG early next year. Swissnet, a DACH-focused ICT provider, offers cloud and IT services, attracting mid-sized and international clients. Lokalee enhances digital concierge services with AI. Both companies' acquisitions are financed through a mix of cash and shares.

The expectation is to achieve pro forma sales between CHF 26-28 million and an EBITDA of CHF 6-7 million by 2025. Swissnet CEO Boris Tölzel and Lokalee CEO Samir Abi Frem will join the management team. The new joint venture in the MENA region aims to capitalize on the hospitality sector's growth, promising revenue of around CHF 4 million. This strategic shift reflects beaconsmind’s ambition to amplify its market presence and refine its communication services.
