Believe Acquires DMC, Turkey's Largest Independent Label
Paris, August 6, 2024 – Believe, one of the world's leading digital music companies, has announced its full acquisition of Doğan Music Company (DMC), Turkey’s largest independent label. Initially, Believe acquired a 60% stake in DMC in 2020. The current agreement with Doğan Group allows Believe to acquire the remaining 40% of DMC for €38.3 million. This transaction is pending approval from the competition regulator.
