Believe General Assembly: Information and Preparatory Documents

Believe will hold its General Meeting on Wednesday June 26, 2024 at 3 p.m., at Espace 73, rue d'Anjou in Paris. The notice of meeting including the agenda and draft resolutions was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) of May 17, 2024, bulletin n°60, under number 2401823. The notice of meeting will appear on June 10, 2024, in BALO and in a legal notices newspaper.

The terms of participation and voting at the Meeting appear in these notices. The information and documents required by article R. 225-83 of the Commercial Code are available to shareholders and can be consulted on the Company's website (www.believe.com/fr/assemblee-generale-actionnaires- 2024).
