BELIMO Holding AG's 49th Annual General Meeting: Shareholders Approve All Motions
On March 25, 2024, the 49th Annual General Meeting for BELIMO Holding AG took place, bringing together 488 shareholders at the ENTRA event location in Rapperswil, Switzerland. These shareholders, along with the Independent Voting Rights Representative, accounted for 68.9% of the company's shares, embodying a strong participation rate.

All current Board members were re-elected for another year. Patrick Burkhalter will continue as the Chairman, with Dr. Martin Zwyssig as his Deputy. The Remuneration and Nomination Committee saw the re-election of its members for an additional year. Proxy Voting Services GmbH and Ernst & Young AG were confirmed as the Independent Voting Rights Representative and External Auditor, respectively.
